Chelsea Fc had their second bid worth €81.5m euro's for Moises Caicedo rejected. The blues made an improved 2nd offer to Brighton for Moises Caicedo on Monday. Brighton had Rejected a £60m earlier in June.
𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝟒 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝:
They have pointed out at Chelsea record breaking transfer fee for Enzo Fernandez and the English breaking transfer fee West Ham got for Rice.

De Zerbi speaking via James Olley on Caicedo deal said;
“I spoke with Tony Bloom, he told me if the condition don’t change Moises stays with us”.

De Zerbi again contrary to reports making the rounds on Caicedo. The Brighton manager said; "I didn’t give my word for anything. At the moment, I haven’t received news that Caicedo can leave tomorrow or in the next week”

3. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐨 𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐝:
Sources claims that the 21 years old midfielder wants the switch to Stamford Bridge, and agreeing personal terms with Chelsea would not be an issue.

Reports claim that Moisés Caicedo accepted Chelsea two months ago and favours moving to Chelsea. We also understand that Negotiations between Chelsea and Brighton for 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐨 are still underway with both club trying to reach full agreement for the player.
