According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea are currently moving forward on Moisés Caceido deal and contract proposal is said to have been made to Brighton for 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐝𝐨
Chelsea expect to negotiate for £80m fee for 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐝𝐨 as the Brighton midfielder has always been the Blues’ top transfer midfield target.
It is understood that the process will take time as negotiations between Chelsea and Brighton have not started. But Personal terms are not going to be an issue as 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐨 is likely to say yes to Chelsea.
Moises Caicedo described Chelsea Fc as a ‘beautiful team’ that would be impossible to say no to. When asked specifically about the interest from Chelsea, the Brighton midfielder said to TC Deportes’ journalists Maria Jose Flores:
“It’s a big team, that’s true. A very historic team and I can’t say no because it’s a very big, historic, beautiful team. The city as well is beautiful.”

According to sources, 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐝𝐨 has an agreement with De Zerbi & Brighton that will guarantee him to leave if a suitable offer arrives this summer.
Negotiations between Chelsea and Brighton for 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐝𝐨 are still underway with both club trying to reach full agreement for the transfer of the midfielder this summer.
Other clubs that have been mentioned are Arsenal, Bayern Munich, and Man Utd. The gunners fancy 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐝𝐨 but are focused on Declan Rice' deal. Bayern are said to be not in the race, while Man Utd are monitoring the situation.
